How do we achieve 100 % literacy?

              By providing Value education to the people who are not aware of the social kind of things ( ie. Poor rural areas).

And By educating senior citizens of rural areas,Because as of now most of the city peoples are educated.They should contribute in to develop the literacy rate of country.

Students should go voluntarily towards the vill;ages and teach the peoples who dont know to read or write their names itself. By spending minimum 5 minutes a student can make a man to sign his name.
